All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you by email if there are any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Lost or Stolen Packages
FATE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
